FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR COMPRESSED PRODUCT RANGE
Q: What kind of compression design do you have?
A: We have been compressing our underwears range into round and heart shapes as seen in our website , we also have possibility to compress 5-6 underwears in one package.We have 8 shapes for T-Shirt such as heart,round,cube,t-shirt,undershirt,cellular phone,elipse,sock
Q: Is the packaging design different for each patterns?
A: We have been producing single cover design for all patterns .Only difference is ; there are surely different codes on covers that indicate what product is in the package.
Q: Do you produce sizes?
A: All underwears range that we have been producing fit these sizes which are Small,Medium,Large and X-Large due to the Elastane material we have been useing in cotton production and Microfibers are already has a flexibility due to their fabric structure.We have been producing all sizes for T-Shirts.
Q: How many patterns and styles do you have?
A: Our Underwears production range consist of 11 different designs and quality with different colour selections(Only in cotton ones).You can check out our all patterns in Products section.
We have been producing our T-shirts as basic as unisex.
Q: Do you have other colours?
A: We only have been producing different colours for Cotton underwears as pastel colours except black but we already have black underwear of which the code is UCS and MFS(Microfiber with design) and we have also white one for UCS. We can produce all kind of colours for T-Shirts with or without print design.
Q: Can you print any design on it?
A: We produce underwears without design except Microfiber underwears but we print any design in front of the cotton underwears upon our Customers’ demand.We print all kind of designs on T-Shirts.
Q: Once the package is open, is the product ready to wear?
A : We surely care a lot for hygiene during production transaction in accordance the our compression concept , so our underwears and t-shirts are totally ready to wear , once the package is opened when needed.
Q: Once the package is open, how is the product appearance?
A : Once the package is open , underwears and t-shirts are ready to use although they are wrinkled but creasing will not be big deal in underwears. it would be better to wash up before wearing in order to destroy just the creasing , there is concern about hygiene.
Q: Please specify for the minimum qty/per colour or print.
A: Our minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs for underwears per order ,not for all patterns seperately. and 1000 pcs. For T-Shirts ,
Q: Please specify how much time for the production.
A: Our minimum order quantity lead time is between 7 and 10 days according to the business in our production facility.
Q:Please advise if it is possible to have our company label on the compressed underwear and t-shirts packaging?
A: We have normally been delivering our compressed products with our brand label but as you can see especially in t-shirts , we are surely able to print our Customers Company design,logo etc on covers.But if our customer design cost exceeds our regular cover cost , total product prices may be 3-5 Euro cents more.
Q:Please advise if it is possible to purchase underwears also as uncompressed?
A: We have been delivering our underwears both compressed and uncompressed as seen in Products line.
